Methods

 

As everybody has a different learning style  different techniques will be used to reach every participant on his or her level. From a theoretical perspective will be taught why the exercises were done and what’s the theory behind them. From an experiential perspective the training will be done in the major stress management techniques:

 

 

 

Body awareness

Relaxation training

Visualization

Coping skills training

Communication and social skills

Outdoor activities

Team building

Games and humour.

 

 

 

 

 

The program will develop in a certain pattern. Every morning will be done some Mindfulness Based Stress Management, different kind of on different days. Every afternoon the participants will have half an hour relaxation with the methods they like most and what they are already familiar. They will bring their own music with them, we will give them materials etc. they can change it daily but everybody must do it also daily.
