Aims and objectives

 

The course gives basic information on stress:

 

a)      On physiological-, mental- and social level

b)      On individual and institutional level

 

The course also teaches techniques to reduce the stress in each category. These techniques are practiced daily. The participants will also reflect their development and plan how to continue the process after the course and also in the school.

 

During the course the participants will also learn exercises and methods for active learning, to create a positive climate to the classroom and also good group cohesion and safe atmosphere.  As an outcome, the participants have an idea how to improve the school and classroom climate and the general wellbeing at school and with individuals.
